Refund Policy

The Customer shall be deemed to have accepted the service without reservation unless a claim regarding the substandard performance of the services is submitted within five (5) days from the date of service, and there are no reasonable accommodations available to rectify the issue.

If you are issued a refund, It will be refunded through the same payment method you made the payment with. The refund will be sent within 2 business days.

It may take 5-7 business days for your bank to clear it into your account.
